We have no control over unlicensed stylists and their use of chemical products on hair.
Once item(s) has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled. We have NO control over postal delays.
SDG Collections is subject to verify ALL orders by requesting proof of payment and a valid id. This information is to protect from any fraud and fraudulent disputes against SDG Collections and your information will not be shared under any circumstances. Any disputes will be advance to small claims court.
